Today was the day I had been dreading. The day despised by moms of girls everywhere. Today Madeline PICKED OUT HER OWN OUTFIT! I'll say it again NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I planned on putting her in jeans and a cute ballet slipper top, but the dreaded thing happened. Madeline had an opinion. Doesn't she know that's NOT allowed for at least 3 more years! At least she picked out a cute dress.
I'm not ready for this!

It's not really any fun for you child to pick out their own clothes until they can then dress themselves too. I am very thankful that Jacob and Kyle have some idea of what they want to wear, because now I don't have to go in their room everyday to help them.
As long as she picks out cute, weather-appropriate clothes, it can be fun!
